Building a blackjack engine from scratch means implementing dozens of edge cases: split aces, soft 17 dealer rules, insurance payouts, multi-hand settlement order, and shoe penetration logic. Each rule interacts with others in ways that take months to get right and certify.
RTPDeck's blackjack engine handles all of this out of the box. The dealer AI follows configurable stand/hit logic on soft and hard totals. The shoe manager tracks card distribution across up to 8 decks with automatic reshuffle triggers. Every round is settled server-side with a complete audit trail.
The engine supports the full action set: hit, stand, split (with re-split), double-down (with configurable restrictions), insurance, and surrender. Side bets like Perfect Pairs and 21+3 are included as toggleable modules with independent payout configurations.
Dealer AI Logic
Configurable dealer behavior on soft and hard totals. Supports stand on soft 17, hit on soft 17, and custom dealer rule sets for different table configurations.
Multi-Hand Support
Players can play up to 5 hands simultaneously. Each hand tracks its own state independently with full split, double-down, and settlement logic per hand.
Split and Double-Down
Full split support including re-splitting, splitting aces, and configurable restrictions. Double-down on any two cards or restricted to 9/10/11.
Shoe Management
Multi-deck shoe with configurable deck count (1 to 8), cut card position, and automatic reshuffle triggers. Continuous shuffle mode available.
Side Bet Modules
Built-in Perfect Pairs, 21+3, and Insurance side bets with configurable payout tables. Each module can be toggled per table without code changes.
Server-Authoritative
